Spirits are the focus of this supplement: how they come to be, what kinds exist, and what makes them tick. 

In the world of Elanor, spirits are beings born of emotion. A child imagining fiends in their closet might create a spirit of fear. A city guard that resolutely defends innocent bystanders against a cutthroat thug might conjure a spirit of valor. 

The first part delves into the lore of spirits, their motives as sentient creatures, and the gifts that allying with them can provide. 

Part 2 introduces 20 original spirit creatures of Elanor, their lore, and their stat blocks. Appendix A provides a 4 original spells that some of the spirits possess.
